  • Checks structure and common formatting patterns; it does not confirm real people, addresses, phone ownership, or email deliverability.
  • Duplicate phone, postal-code, and email values are signals to review, not proof that rows represent the same person.
  • Compatibility characters in names are flagged but never replaced automatically.
  • The first version checks up to 5,000 data rows and files up to 8 MB.

FAQ

Does this verify real addresses, phone numbers, or email delivery?
No. It checks common formatting, blanks, duplicates, and review signals. It does not call official registries or mail services.
Will it replace compatibility characters in people's names?
No. Characters such as 髙 and 﨑 are flagged for review but are not replaced automatically because the correct spelling can be personal and context-dependent.
What happens to the selected roster file?
KoguNavi has no feature to keep the file or pasted rows. Download or copy the result before closing the page.
Can it open Shift_JIS CSV files?
It uses the same local encoding detection as KoguNavi's CSV Mojibake Repair tool for UTF-8, Shift_JIS, EUC-JP, and UTF-16 files. Excel workbooks (.xlsx) are not opened directly — save the sheet as CSV or TSV first.
